I purchased this toaster oven 90 days ago. Unfortunately it does not work properly. It either burns or undercooks. I spoke to Breville who indicated it needs its own wall plug however there's nothing in the product description regarding this. They told me to take it back to Bed Bath & Beyond but they wont return it due to 60 day return policy. Manufacturer wont return it, they told me to take it back to Bed Bath & Beyond. Viscous circle. Complete waste of $159. I will never purchase another product from either retailer or manufacturer.

Bed bath and beyond is an amazing store. I love strolling through or looking online and I feel like I always get so lost in all of the beautiful things. I always seem to find something I "need" to take home. I am obsessed with decorating everything and having pretty things so bed bath and beyond is like the perfect store for me for sure. I highly recommend and will never go anywhere else for my bath bed and etc. Items.

I will never purchase from the company again. I placed an order online on Jan 29. The items shipped on Jan 30. A delivery was attempted to the wrong address on Feb 3. As soon as I noticed the delivery fail I called fed-ex to correct the address they said that was simple but I needed to contact the shipper to make the correction then they could deliver the next day. I contacted Bed Bath and Beyond to make the correction with fed-ex via the online chat. The rep said they would make the correction and get back to me with updated shipping information. I did not hear anything until Feb 6 when I got an email saying the issue was resolved though I did not receive any new information and when I contacted Fed-Ex again they said they had not been contacted by BBB and the package was being returned to the shipper. I replied to the BBB email where they claimed the issue was resolved with the new information from Fed-Ex and again BBB said the issue was resolved and that package would be delivered on the 10th. I informed them it was going to be delivered back to the shipper on the 10th not to me because Fed-Ex never heard from BBB with the corrected address. In response the BBB rep repeated her last email that it would be delivered on the 10th. This went back and forth a couple times until I asked for her supervisor she then replied with her same email about delivery on the Feb 10 and had not referred me to her supervisor. I contacted a supervisor on my own and again was told it was being dealt with and it was too late to change on Feb 3 when I first contacted them despite Fed-Ex disagreeing. It is now Feb 15th and I still have not received my package. Tracking info does show that it was finally updated with a new address on Feb 11 and should be delivered on Feb 17 almost three weeks late. If they had called fed-ex on Feb 3 I could have had the package on Feb 4. The worst part of the experience is that during all this never once did they apologize.

I found out about this site last Christmas. We were looking everywhere for a certain pan for a gift. We found it on-line at BedBathAndBeyond.com. It wasn't enough for free shipping to our home but we noticed that you could have it sent to or picked up at the store if it was in stock. We took a chance because we didn't want to run all over town. Within 24 hours we received a confirmation email that we could pick up the item at the store. We walked in, paid for the product and used a coupon and walked out in less than five minutes. It was so awesome. I feel like doing all my shopping this way from now on. I was so impressed at how organized the process was. You do have to input a credit card on-line to hold the product or ship to the store but it is not actually charged until you get to the store. You can pay cash or whatever form of payment you like. You don't have to use the card you input on-line.

Bed Bath and Beyond is one of my favorite stores. Their online site is really easy to search, and I find it really helpful when comparison shopping. I really like the feature that let's you search for products in stock at their physical stores. It's nice to know if something is in stock before running out to shop. I also like that you can return products purchased online to the physical stores. As a repeat customer, the site saves my name and address, so checking out doesn't take long. Most of our friends did their wedding registries at Bed Bath and Beyond. It's easy to pull the registries up online and shop. I like how everything is displayed. My only complaint is that you can't use your twenty percent off coupons on their site. You can use the coupon if you take it into the store. Employees will process an online order for you in the store so you save twenty percent, but that kind of defeats the purpose of online shopping.

Everything is organized by room, category, etc. This website has a LOT of merchandise, but it's all very easy to find and shop for just what you need. Shipping can be pricey, but it's free with a purchase of $49 or more. Overall, it's a great site and you can literally find something for every room in your house. Product Pricing The prices are fair and reasonable, and if you sign up for messaging, you can get coupons via text to use on the web, which is rare. Typically Bed Bath and Beyond just offers in store coupons, but sign up for the text and you can get them for the web, too!

The site allows to have your purchase sent to your home, or you can choose the store pickup option if you want to avoid shipping fees. If you order an item online, you can easily take it to the store with your packing slip and exchange it or get a refund. The prices are a little high, but they always have 20% off coupons you can use which make the price better than competitors prices. They also accept their coupons even after they have expired. My first experience with this site was after I had registered for my wedding in store. They told me you could manage your registry online and also check the status of whether things were purchased. This feature alone makes this site wonderful! We were a tad rushed in the store, so we went on a scanning blitz and scanned a lot of things that we didn't really want and did miss some things that we really did want. Because this site existed, we were able to easily add and take off items in the comfort of my apartment without having to visit a store in person. Since using the site for the registry, I have shopped on the site several times. There is a huge selection of products and there are a lot more brands and items available online that you can't find in the store. It is easy to look at items, add them to your card and ultimately make purchases. I like that there are reviews of the products available as well. The down side is that the prices tend to be higher on this site (and in stores) then they are in other places. This is remedied, though, by the fact that they have the infamous 20% or $5 off coupon s that appear in your mailbox and in your email inbox. A great site to get anything you need for your home (and a convenient place to shop for your friend's upcoming wedding). Product Pricing This is the one thing I don't like about the site.
