I've stayed at the Beaver Run resort two times in the summer, and both times have been very enjoyable.  — The most recent stay included a two-bedroom with a queen-size bed in both rooms.  A couch in the dining room and a couch in the living room were both pull-outs.  You can… read full review »

Hotel room advertised the RSN T.V. Channel for gaining info to area ski conditions, but the resort had the channel blocked out, leaving us with little insight into conditions up top of the ski mountain. I complained about that when checking out, but I only received duh looks from the 2 check-out… read full review »

I took my wife and two boys here for 4 nights during Thanksgiving and we had a blast. You are literally a few steps out the back door away from 3 lifts and several ski shops. The hotel is the best I found in the area as far as the amenities to cost ratio goes. I was not impressed with rooms. The hotel has a parking garage free for guest (unheard of in Breckenridge). The hotel staff was very polite and very diverse (similar to a cruise ship). Food tended to get expensive but it was well worth it. There are plenty of great restaurants a block away in town and also ski shops. I would suggest… read full review »

The Beaver Run Resort and Conference Center is located in a great area at the base of Peak 9 and the Beaver high-speed chair. The resort is very large with 4 main buildings and a central area that houses the conference rooms, bars and restaurants. Our room was a one-bedroom suite that we found nicely furnished. It came with two beds, one queen and one single and a pullout sofa sleeper in the main room. The kitchen was sparsely equipped but we didn?t mind as we ate in town each night. Navigating between the four buildings is a little difficult as there are many hallways, turns, stairs and… read full review »

The Beaver Run Resort and Conference Center was a wonderful hotel. It is a very large hotel with several buildings all interconnected. It was Building 4 where we stayed was truely ski-in ski-out, we did not have to walk at all to access the chair lift, simply but one our skiing in the locker room and step out to the hillside. The room was very large with a nice jacuzzi tub in the center of the room, this made the stay very pleasant since after skiing all day long we were able to relax in the tub. The small kitchen was very wall stocked with all utensiles and dinner ware. All staff was… read full review »

Overall, you can't beat the ski in ski out concept. However, the room we has 1-2061 had a connecting door to another room. The strange thing was there was only one door, not two as you normally see & the door wasn't on our side. This creates two issues: can the people on the other side walk into our room?? and....the most annoying was the fact their conversations were readily heard in our room. The people next door were not loud, but with the only thing between them and us was a single door, it was irritating when they choose to get up earlier or stay up later than us. If the Beaver… read full review »

It was great having this hotel as a ski in/out at Peak 9. It was so easy to walk across the street and have everything. The FREE lockers for guests right at the lift was an exceptional deal and made the end-of-day routine simple. Also the FREE covered parking was great to load/unload. It was fantastic that the kitchen was fully furnished with all cooking hardware and plates, silverware. We saved so much money by cooking ourselves in the great kitchen. I will definitely go back to this place and I will recommend to anyone. We had a fantastic time. Hot-tubs are great too!!Dining: Short Drive,… read full review »

The Beaver Run Resort was nice, but our last night they did not bother to clean our room that day. The front desk area in the lobby was very helpful. The best part about the resort is that you are right on the mountain near a lift. The ski and snowboard shop there at the resort was also very helpful. The restaurants in Breck are great and the resort did offer free transportation. Overall, the trip was very relaxing and the resort was nice.Recreational Attactions: Short Walk, You have a short walk to the lift, so can sleep in longer before waking up to hit the slopes. —… read full review »

The thing we all liked the best about Beaver Run was that is was Ski in/ Ski out. I don't think I could ever stay in a place that wasn't ski in/ ski out. It is just so convenient and easy.Money Savers: Not Applicable, We had a one bedroom suite with a full kitchen and before we left Denver to drive two hours to Breckenridge we decidedd to buy non-refrigerated greoceries their. So buying our non-refrigerated groceriries in Denver saved us a lot of money. Once we got to Breck we just ha d a few refrigerated items to buy. —… read full review »

We were pleasantly surprised at all the amenities this resort offered, from restaurants, pools, hot tubs, entertainment, bars, live music, game room, on site grocery and snow board rentals. We would have never had to leave the facility. Best of all, it was truly ski-in and ski-out! We were able to enjoy breakfast and lunch in our room. Only suggestion would be to add an oven to the guest rooms, other than that, it was perfect and we will go again.Entertainment: In Hotel, ski-in and ski-out, close to airport —… read full review »

Beaver Run Resort- we went there with our 5 yo doughter and we were very satisfied with our stay. International staff was very friendly. We had a late flight and when we asked if we could stay in the room till 2:00pm and pay extra(check-out time 11:00 am), we were told we could and there will be no extra charge- I was nicely surprised. Overall nice place to go.Dining: Long Walk, I forgot the full name of the place but it wasla fondue, Suisse restaurant —… read full review »

My stay was good except due to a water leak the hotel was evacuated in the middle of the night. Makes it hard to get a good nights sleep when the maint. is not done to correct problems and the fire alarm goes off and you are out in the cold in the middle of the night, 2:30 AM.Recreational Attactions: Not Applicable, Skiing —… read full review »

The hotel is dated, but going through some modernization. Our first room was circa 1967, but the management moved us into a newer room and was very accomodating. The resort is one of the only true ski in/ ski/ out resorts in Breckenridge and is ideal for kids.Recreational Attactions: Short Walk, True ski in/ ski out. —… read full review »

Beaver Run Resort and Conference Center is in a great location. Ski in and Ski out. The staff was very helpful, but the check in process was too slow and very late (4pm).
