So many neck creams to choose from and am looking for one that really improves this area.  I have been reading about some creams that actually work by creating cell regrowth/regeneration, but have not found a neck cream that does this.  Would love to hear from someone that has had great results.

I have also been searching for a quality neck cream. My double chin needs firming, but there really aren't any excercises to improve it, so I figure a cream might help along with a chin strap. I have seen one on Amazon.com, but am afraid to spend $30.00 for the combo. If and When you find one....Please let me know too!!!

I'm surprised none of our beauty experts jumped in yet.  Let me give this a bump and see if any of them know what to buy.

Well, really it depends on what you want out of your cream. If you want to deeply hydrate the area and reduce lines and crinkly skin, you'll want a heavy, thick cream with antioxidants in it. If you are looking to firm the area, that is a much harder task. There are some firming creams out there but their effectiveness is questionable. I have a bunch of names of popular, effective creams on my other computer. I will come back and update this comment or make a new one with more info. (I wrote an anti aging column for a long time and did a load of research on this subject.)

There are actually exercises you can do! I know this is an older post, but I thought I'd just put in my 2 cents in case anyone is interested.

I've learned some exercises from an exercise DVD I had awhile back. I've since lost the DVD but continue to do the exercise. It workes better than any cream and it's easy and doesn't take long. Here you go:

Sit on the edge of a sturdy chair/bench/sofa. Slowly lean your head back as far as it will go - without moving your back or anything - so that you are staring straight up at the ceiling. Next, jut your chin upwards without opening your mouth wide. Feel the skin under your chin - feel how tight it is? Hold for as long as you can. Then release, wait 5 seconds, repeat. Do about 15 reps each day and you will motice tightening in about 2 weeks.

This worked for me! It helps if you have sagging or double chins or if you want to prevent sagging or double chins - which is why I do it. However, if you just have a lot of wrinkles or whatnot, this probably won't help.

I don't believe any of these really work. A knife works well!

OMG there are exercises for everything!  I just tried that and I did instantly feel something when I did the chin thing.

Put your fingure firmly under the the tip of your chin head level.  Move your head up and head back while your fingers firmly pressing move down your throat to where your neck starts. You will feel your muscles.  Do this 5 to 10 time a day as needed.

I was always taught that you should use on your neck the cream you use on your face. I use a tightening and firming cream on my face, and use it on my neck. My mother always did the same, and her neck always looked younger. I use sunscreen on my neck and chest too where the sun hits it. Always---

I am not sure if neck exercises work for antiaging, but am willing to give them a try, especially if I can feel a difference.
