I'm considering buying "Hair Plus" I know it claims to wildly make your hair grow 128% faster, but I'm interested in what a real person has to say about it. I may just have to buy it and take a before and after photo! :o)

There is nothing to make your hair grow faster. A healthy diet and regular trims and being patient thru the bad hair days is the only way.

Hi there. I tried the product and it actually seemed to make my hair thicker. I'm not sure that it made it longer.Vitamin E is an excelent source for hair growth (and nail growth). I found that the Shampoo 'Mane and Tail' (I believe it was made for animals originally) works absolute wonders on your hair and its cheap. you can buy it at Walmart. My hair is in the middle of my back now. When I started it was at my shoulders. I hope this helped. Have a great weekend!

I'll tell you what to do.  Start taking Pre-Natal Vitamins!  You don't have to be pregnant to take them.  They will make your hair AND your nails grow like crazy.

yep, the prenatal vitamins always do it -- your nails too! stronger and healthier, you can get them over the counter and they are just as effective as the prescription ones.

Though taking vitamins is  very effective in your daily growth always remember that your hair growth is affected by the amount of Keratin your hair produces. Those that produces short boost of keratin tend to have short hair only because hair usually falls out at a certain length maybe shorter and those with stored Keratin is usually a result of your scalp producing huge amounts. For effective hair growth taking care of your hair the proper way using a shampoo designed for your type of hair and a conditioner plus deep conditioner and deep conditioner once a week is very important. Patience is key always remember that, regular trims and being able to feel good about the results even if they may take time is just as important.

Have a good day and good luck! :)

Sorry. I have not tried. I think nothing makes you make your hair grow faster in a matter of days. It takes time, usually a month or more to see your hair grow half an inch or more. It all depends on your genes and your type of hair. Don't believe fads like that; just use a good shampoo and conditioner, and eat a diet full of antioxidants to promote hair growth. That's all you need.

Folic Acid has made my hair grow like the wind. I just take it once a day - I got into the habit when we were trying for our second baby, and I haven't stopped. Since then, my hair grows at a very fast rate! Folic acid is what is in the prenatal's that makes your hair grow fast.

The good thing about it, at least for me, i that I can grow out a bad haircut in record time!

I've heard Biotin is good for hair, skin, and nails.  I've only been taking it for around two weeks and though I haven't really been paying attention to my hair, I have noticed my nails getting longer. It's worth a try but not in conjunction with the other supplements suggested.

I believe a good regiment of vitamins is essential to, well, everything. But not mega dosing.Taking care of the hair you have helps to avoid breakage and such but I don't think that, in itself, makes hair grow slower or faster. Trims don't have anything to do with how your hair grows. In fact, people who get trims every 4-6 weeks while growing their hair seem to stay at a stand still because they are cutting off almost as much as is growing. The best thing to do is to ask your hairdresser to "dust off" your ends. That is where he or she won't cut length but will go through and basically remove the frizzies. I do agree that prenatal vitamins sure do help hair and nail growth though. My hair was growing like CRAZY when I took them (or was it the hormones and the vitamins together?).

If you do use that shampoo, please report back. I'd be interested to see if it seemed to work for you.
