This mix is soo fast and easy. The last time I made it, I browned a pound of ground beef and added it, and also added an extra can of black beans, and a can of corn. It turned out sooo good. But I have made it many different ways. It is great on its own without adding anything to it, and I have also added chopped meat, among others.
Very affordable, I think I got it on sale for 2.50, and it fed my family of 6, and leftovers.
