I purchased this book reading others reviews. It seemed
to be a promising jewelry making endeavor. However,
you may have noticed the title of my review, "You want me
to do WHAT?". That right there sums up exactly how I
feel about this book.

The jewelry is beautiful (although I'd change the colors up
a bit) but I have no clue how to put them together! I have
many jewelry making books and have learned many techniques but
this book has techniques I haven't even tried yet and with this
book I will never learn how.

First, it shows you pictures of what the finished product
will look like. Then it basically shows you a pattern and
says, DO IT. Doesn't say how, just put that flower together and
hook it here. THAT is my biggest problem with this whole book.

I will admit that it IS titled "Bead Fantasies IV". Which means
there are 3 others out there. It is possible that somewhere in
the first three it teaches you HOW to do the techniques that
are required for THIS book. If that is in fact the case, I would
have to suggest they sell them together or at least make the synopsis
state you need the other three to use this one.

If you are interested in the Beading Fantasies books, I strongly advise you
purchase the 1st one first. On the other hand, if you are a highly skilled
bead worker this would also be a great companion for new ideas.
