BeachBody cancelled my order instead of telling me my credit card was going to expire in 30 days and they didn't want to complete the order. I called to find out where my 10 min. trainer was. I gave them the new expiration dates and thought all was well.
After a few weeks later and I received half of the order.
I called again. I was told to wait another 7 to 10 days for them to review the first phone inquiry in order to prove I had cancelled my own order. I'm not sure why they were insistant that I had done that when the call was to find out where it was. They said If they were in error they would send the 10 min. trainer free of charge.
I suggested that they just send the rest of the products to me at that time, instead of waiting to find out who made the error. I was willing to pay full price. They refused and told me to call back in 7 to 10 days.
I sent them copies of my order confirmation with each contact that was totally clear as to my order and the price I ordered the items. I mentioned a few times that if there had been a change in my order why was I not given a new order confirmation or cancellation.
After phone calls, on-line chat and email attempts I still do not have the products I ordered. I decided to order a different workout product from a competely different organization.
This was the worst customer service I have received in years. I do not have the product to give a review on it. I purchase many products on line but I will never go through this company again.
