Worst Customer Service Experience this decade!

BeachBody cancelled my order instead of telling me my credit card was going to expire in 30 days and they didn't want to complete the order.  I called to find out where my 10 min. trainer was. I gave them the new expiration dates and thought all was well.

 After a few weeks later and I received half of the order.

 I called again.  I was told to wait another 7 to 10 days for them  to review the first  phone inquiry in order to  prove I had cancelled my own order. I'm not sure why they were insistant that I had done that when the call was to find out where it was.  They said  If they were in error they would send the 10 min. trainer free of charge.

I suggested that they just send the rest of the  products to me at that time, instead of waiting to find out who made the error.  I was willing to pay full price.  They refused and told me to call back in 7 to 10 days.

 I sent them copies of my order confirmation with each contact that was totally clear as to my order and the price I ordered the items.  I mentioned a few times that if there had been a change in my order why was I not given a new order confirmation or cancellation.

 After phone calls, on-line chat and email attempts I still do not have the products I ordered.  I decided to order a different workout product from a competely different organization. 

This was the worst customer service I have received in years.  I do not have the product to give a review on it.  I purchase many products on line but I will never go through this company again.

The C/ SERVICE SUX. I was on the phone last night with some sand hippie telling me to send the thing back for a refund and I was tring to tell him that I was missing # 09 DVD FOR P90X. and that they sent me 2 of the kempo X DVD'S BY MISTAKE AFTER 20 MIN.of both of us tring to understand each other he said he will get me one in 4 days .THAT SUX because I was on my first day on the 2nd part of the program and now my first 30 days were a waste and have to start all over.I will be very suprised if it makes it here at all. So NO the program does not work because they dont give you all of the program to see if it would work . F.R.C

I know! they suck! my bf ordered me this on the 8th of january and i still haven't got it! he called twice to complain. first they said they shipped on the 26th! THE 26TH!!! that's 18 days later! then said it was because they were doing inventory.. then the tracking number they give him doesn't work.. so he calls back AGAIN and now they say it took so long because of a quality issue.. the dvds were damaged... so which one is it?! inventory or bad merch?! AND no one called to let him know the delay?! he has to call to find out ?! and the tracking number still doesn't show up and its the 29th already! these people are the worst! i've never ever experienced such frustration from a single website! i've ordered the p90x before and i had the same problems! and the customer service doesn't even help or care at all! they won't help you. just say sorry.. you'll get it when you get it. ugh! i wish all these workout instructors would just branch off on their own.. get out of your contracts!!! you'll make more money in the long run!!! PLEAASSE DO IT FOR AMERICA!!!

My name is Pierre and after reading complaints about our company I have personally set out to try and help solve the problems some of you all seem to be having. I will only have access to this email account, so please I express patience if I have not responded in 24 hours. This also means that you will not have to deal with more than one agent in regards to your account. I am human too and I know how frustrating that can be! Especially when its about your finances! Beachbody is a wonderful company with a GREAT product; I would love for everyone to want to experience this for themselves without having to worry about anything else but your health and fitness. I pledge to make that happen for everyone. Thanks and I look forward to helping solve some of your problems and issues!

Yes, their service sucks
