I am a working mother of two. Tony Horton's 10 Minute Trainer was a gift to me by my best friend. I was always complaining that I really wanted to get in shape, but didn't have the time. These 10 minute training sessions are just the thing for a busy working mom -- you can always find 10 spare minutes in a day! The really great thing about these sessions is that the exercises are working more than one area at a time -- they combine several exercises into one, which saves time, but still gives you the benefits of all of the exercises involved. I've been doing this program for two weeks, along with the 10-day Lean Jean jumpstart diet and I've already lost 10 lbs! I have to say that this is a great product -- well worth the money. And, boy, am I sore! It really gives you a great workout! I would recommend this to anyone who is low on time but wants to get fit. The Lean Jean diet is brutal -- it only allows you 1000 calories per day for 10 days if you are a female. But, it is ONLY 10 days. If you really still with it, you will see immediate results!
