I absolutely love the 10 Minute Trainer DVDs. As a person who travels a lot for work, I often find myself stuck in hotels with very limited gym equipment, if any at all. Not to mention I am often short on time between meetings and client visits. Finding the time to workout is often difficult. The 10 Minute Trainer offers a much easier way to squeeze in a few minutes of a workout and still see results. Each DVD provides different 10 minute workouts which only take 10 minutes to complete and target different parts of the body. I will admit they are a challenge but they are worth it. And as a bonus, whenever you have some extra time, you can always complete another 10 minute workout back to back.
