Beach Body P90X —

p90x...I am getting ready to turn 51 years old in August of 09.  Last year I had a minor heart attack and got so depressed that I put on more weight and lost my breath doing routine task.  I started the program six weeks ago and weighed in at 202 pounds.  I am currently at 184 pounds, waist has gone from a 42 to a 38, resting pulse from 78 to 58.  My chest and arms are still the same size but I can see the cut in my arms and chest.  I still cannot do any pull ups but I went from doing 3 push-ups to 23.  I could only do the first 3 minutes of the ab workout and now can do 8 minutes.  What I am most pround of is that I can do 90% of plyometrics (I will conquer the beast).   I cannot do Yoga so I run 3 miles instead.  6 weeks ago I would not be able to walk 3 miles.  P90X is the real deal and for those of you who think you are too old and that you cannot do it, take it one set of reps at a time and push to do more each time.  I am already getting compliments and was wearing a tank top the other day and a family member said what the hell did you do to get in such good shape.
