P90X consists of 12 different exercise dvd's that average an hour long each, targeting different muscles in your body that you do 7 days a week. Depending on your goals (bulking up, toning, losing weight) you follow the tapes in a different order. The key reason why this routine works, is because of their muscle confusion technique. Each day is a different routine, and you follow this for 90 days. They encourage you to take day 1, day 30 and day 90 pictures and compare the difference. I've been following the program for a week, and have already noticed a difference!!
