review »Well - what a program. I highly recommend it! If you're ready to get your butt kicked you need this program. I loved the changing workouts. However, these workouts will drain you - but that being said, they do work. What I mean by draining you is that you can "crash" after working out. You need to maintain your hydration and protien while using this program. I did this program for 5 weeks (I did not complete it) but I did see results. review »My coworkers and I love this program. We are doing the "Biggest Looser" at work and we use this as our workout 2 times per week. We have only used the Kempo at work, but at home my husband and I have used the others. I feel tired but great when I am finished with a workout. It is just enough to make you think you cannot possibly do another thing and then it changes up so you can continue. I also love the warm up and cool down stretching at the beginning and end most of your work out tapes do not include this and it is so important. review »Ok, so I have been back and forth to the gym and weigh watchers for many years. Some workout videos work for awhile and some dont even shine a candle - I was interested in the P90X after seeing a comercial on TV that really looked like a intensive workout.
