Well - what a program. I highly recommend it! If you're ready to get your butt kicked you need this program. I loved the changing workouts. However, these workouts will drain you - but that being said, they do work. What I mean by draining you is that you can "crash" after working out. You need to maintain your hydration and protien while using this program. I did this program for 5 weeks (I did not complete it) but I did see results. The thing that most made it hard for me to complete was the amount of time it took to do it. Most workouts were 1 hour long (1 was an hour and a half) in addition to the workout, three days a week you would do a half an hour ab workout as well. I think if you have the time and can really stick with it you will see results. It does make you feel good to complete the very challenging workouts. The price does seem steep, but I think the over all result is worth it.
