This was the most intense workout program I've ever done. It was the program I got the most results from as far as weight loss and body fat percentage. I liked the change-up of the different workouts but got really tired of all the lunges and squats. It was hard on my knees and feet since I started the program overweight. Once I lost some weight my knees and feet didn't hurt as bad. Make sure to get some padding on the floor underneath you! There were also no easier modifications on the exercises which made it really hard to keep up sometimes. Shaun T was completely obnoxious on the videos so after I learned the exercises, I would mute the sound and listen to my own music to keep me going. I lost twenty pounds in three months on this program, which included eating a high protein/low carb diet. If you are a beginner working-out then don't start with this program! I've tried several other Beachbody programs and this one was the hardest for me!
