Just ask any southerner what makes food taste better and they will tell you DEEP FRYING! Before you start to revolt on me because of cooking in oil there are many very good oils out there to use for those worried about their health. Peanut oil is my preferred choice and they are always working on better frying oils.

I Love a great juicy turkey and this deep fryer does the job...its totally great Bayou Classic Turkey Fryer, great fryer that cooks quick, gives you completely cooked meat with less mess

My dad has had one of these for a few years now. I recieved this turkey fryer from my parents as a christmas gift. We cooked our first turkey in it two days later! We did a 16 pounder in it, I think 16 or 17lbs is the maximum weight. We didnt season it or anything. Just a plain old fresh turkey. YUMMMM its was awsome! Its a little work to get this thing going and clean up but it is well worth the hastle! We had some trouble getting it going beacause it was VERY cold outside and  windy. The best turkey I have ever tasted was deep fried.

For years I baked my turkey and made my dressing. It was good but I got to the point i didn't like turkey anymore.  I kept hearing people talk about fried turkey so I desided to try my hand at it.

This Thanksgiving I deep 2 turkeys in the Bayou Classic Turkey Fryer. It was the best turkey I ever tasted. I had 30 people over for Thanksgiving and there wasn't a bite of turkey left.

I do believe I have started a new tradition at my house. Use the Bayou Classic Turkey Fryer and deep fry your your turkey just once and you won't go back to baking  that bird again.

It is easy to use, just follow directions...

the bayou fryer is handy to fry a turkey & fast way to cook it too.! just make sure you have safty percontions handy just in case of fire.when cooking the turkey you can't leave it in the fryer to long or it will burn.i now i seen it happen & if it didn't burn it can dry up! don't cook it in doors has to be cook out doors in case of fire.

We use our "turkey" deepfryer for fish fries too!  When we have big get togethers for fish or even cooking a huge batch of french fries for a group this works wonderful!  We've even used it to cook corn on the cob!

With the Bayou Classic Turkey Fryer you can count on your turkey coming out with a nice even crust and so juicy and tender that you're friends will be talking about this one for a long time to come. You bird will also cook evenly (no bloody meat). There are unlimited possibilities with this. Donuts, seafood, vegetables, fries, corndogs, and my favorite- deep fried rabbit, and it's so easy to clean. I need my cook ware to be tough because I do alot of cooking, and I need to be able to cook alot of food at one time. The Bayou Classic Turkey FrIyer allows me to do just that. it,s great i thank everyone should have one ,it cooks fast & easy to use. i,m talking about the bayou classic turkey fryer kit-30quart.my mom always fixed her turkey in the oven ,she borrowed my bayou classic turkey fryer kit-30quart last christmas to fix her turkey, now she wan,t use anything else, i got her one for her birthday.

i love this fckn thing i cook hot wings and mushrooms in it allday...trippin my bs of but yea this thing works great for turkeys im lovin it me and my family are eating 7 turkeys a week thanks to this pot of grease!
