With the Bayou Classic Turkey Fryer you can count on your turkey coming out with a nice even crust and so juicy and tender that you're friends will be talking about this one for a long time to come. You bird will also cook evenly (no bloody meat). There are unlimited possibilities with this. Donuts, seafood, vegetables, fries, corndogs, and my favorite- deep fried rabbit, and it's so easy to clean. I need my cook ware to be tough because I do alot of cooking, and I need to be able to cook alot of food at one time. The Bayou Classic Turkey FrIyer allows me to do just that. I own a catering business which requires me to cook food in mass quantities. I can fit a whole turkey in it at once or cut up and it helps me get the job done on time. I am so glad that I purchased this for my business as this is the most used fryer in my shop.
