Bayou Classic Turkey Fryer Kit - 30 Quart —

My dad has had one of these for a few years now. I recieved this turkey fryer from my parents as a christmas gift. We cooked our first turkey in it two days later! We did a 16 pounder in it, I think 16 or 17lbs is the maximum weight. We didnt season it or anything. Just a plain old fresh turkey. YUMMMM its was awsome! Its a little work to get this thing going and clean up but it is well worth the hastle! We had some trouble getting it going beacause it was VERY cold outside and windy. Had trouble keeping our flame.Please, Please, Please make sure your turkey is not frozen! It could and will blow up if you put a frozen turkey in hot oil! Be safe! You can do all sorts of things in this fryer. It even comes with a steammer kit to do clams in oysters. I cant wait to try other recipes with this fryer! Great Buy, Glad I got one finally.
