Baylor University —

I graduated from the Recreation Division of the School of Education in 1998.  At the time of that graduation, I would have recommended Baylor to anybody.  However, some recent changes in the school mission and administration makes me less than happy.  With that said, I believe that it is still a quality institution, just not as good as it was.

Sick em bears.

In response to daneecooper's comment from Nov 18, 2007 at 12:20PM:

My understanding, is that in the past few years, Baylor has worked to distance itself from its baptist roots - which may not be a totally bad thing. I went to see the campus a few years ago, and did not even recognize it. To me, Baylor is focusing more on becoming a research institution and becoming less personalized and much more expensive because of it. However, some may argue that this is for the best.
