I grew up with a bottle of hot sauce sitting on the dinner table and watched as my father doused it on everything he ate, except maybe dessert (but, even that would not have surprised me). Then I would watch as beads of sweat broke out on his brow. That's how I learned to appreciate hot sauce. There are many hot sauces on the market and some claim to be hotter than the rest. I like hot sauce, don't get me wrong, and some things have to have just a little to be good.
