I not only wear Sensual Amber several times a week but I use the lotion, shower gel, and body spray on a regular basis too. I don't even know how to describe the scent of a perfume so I am going to define it for you according to Webster's Dictionary:
So, Amber must be describing the color but I don't get that. The bottle is brown so you can't see the perfume. But who cares about amber when you have a product that is very sensuous, right?
A description on the bottle is: Pink lotus petals enveloped by a golden piece of precious amber. Seductive. Rich. Beautiful.
To me the scent depicts that of musk, vanilla and smoldering ashes. I don't like floral scents and I can't pick up on the "Pink lotus petals." To me it's like sitting around a bonfire and as the ashes float around the air the little white flakes land softly on your jacket and you can smell the burning embers.
This perfume is perfect for someone who wants a favorite fragrance for all occasions. You can wear it to the office, to the gym and even on a night on the town. The scent lingers for a long time. When I put it on in the early morning hours I can still smell it when I come home and get ready for a bath. This perfume doesn't go on strong. It's not like some of the other ones I wear that seem too intense until they settle. Sensual Amber is a soft scent-it's like a breath of fresh air--like the great outdoors mixed with soap!
The shower gel is a nice clean scent. It goes on pretty thick and lathers well if you use one those poofy sponges. I love the bubble bath but I go through it too quick so I don't generally buy it on a regular basis. I have found multiple uses for the body spray:
You can buy Sensual Amber air fresheners and dispensers. To me it is cheaper to buy a bottle of the body spray and let it serve two purposes. When you spray Sensual Amber the scent lingers for a good while. I can take a bath and use Sensual Amber and hours later I can go into my bathroom and the scent is still there.
I usually buy my Bath & Body Works products when they are having sells and I also request their products for birthday and Christmas.
Some individual and sale prices of products that I use or am familiar with:
A good thing about Bath & Body Works is that they allow you to mix and match different products/scents of the same price during the sales.
Bath and Body Works does not test any of their products on animals.
This is a fragrance for all seasons, for all occasions. This is a sensually arousing and alluring fragrance. It will turn heads. Men will want to know what you are wearing. Emotions are directly related to your senses-you laugh and cry when you see or hear something sad or funny. Well, this is a tantalizing scent that drives men crazy! This sense does something to the oral factory and gets the heart racing and the mind thinking, "She smells great." I get a lot of compliments when I wear it and many times it will be men asking me what I'm wearing. If I know them I say, "Clothes of course! Oh, you're talking about my perfume." Sensual Amber also compliments itself with other fragrances as the day goes by. I can start off wearing Coco Chanel Mademoiselle and then put on Sensual Amber lotion mid-day or after returning from lunch or the ladies room and the two scents don't clash.
Sensual Amber will arouse your senses and radiate within your soul. You will feel like you are on fire because you'll think you're that "hot!"
