Bath and Body Works Lavender Vanilla Tranquil Pillow Mist Review

I was given this product as a gift from one of my best friends- it came in a set. I was sceptical to try it at first, because I wasn't sure if it would be too strong and give me a headache instead of helping me fall asleep. But I have a lot of trouble sleeping most days, so I gave it a go. Boy, was I wrong! This mist is absolutely amazing. I started using it while I was away at college, and the smell definitely calmed me and put me at ease so I could have actually have a full night's sleep. There is always room for more improvement in my life where sleeping is involved, and this definitely did the trick. I used it everyday, and I brought it back home with me during the summers to use as well. As soon as I am out, I run right back to B+BW to get a new bottle. I even got some of my family hooked on it - my dad actually stole my original bottle, and I had to get another one! A lot of other methods I've tried in the past have not helped me get to sleep at all. It's definitely a product I will stick with, and it's worth the price!
