Bath and Body Works Lavender Vanilla Tranquil Pillow Mist —
It has a beautiful, relaxing scent. I suffer horribly from insomnia and try anything and everything for relief. I have a lot of faith in finding a miracle cure....this obviously, wasn't it but. Not sure there is any scent of spray that can cure insomnia but it still is a very nicely scented spray. It does try to relax you. Spray it on your pillow just before you lay down.... I have taken it on trips with me as well. I think the body does respond to the familiar and maybe it's just become part of my bedtime routine.
