Bath and Body Works Anti-Bacterial Deep Cleansing Hand Soap — 

These soaps are the only ones that do not dry my hands out since I wash so frequently because of the babies.  I know the antibacterial portion of it works well too!  I wait until they have a sale to get them though because it seems the most reasonable way to purchase them.  The foams are my favorite as I feel you can get all of the product out of the bottle as opposed to the gel type that you get the last 2 or 3 pumps stuck in the bottom of the bottle and have to add water to get it out which defeats the purpose!
