I was really excited to try this conditioner out and was really hoping it would do great things for my hair, but it really didn't do anything that great for my hair, it doesn't have a great scent, it just smells like product, not anything special. It also kind of dries my hair out instead of actually making it more smooth and sleek. As far as it making your hair more voluminous it really does nothing I really was disappointed in this conditioner. Effectiveness It's really not effective at all, it leaves your hair feeling weighed down and dry, it also does nothing to add volume to the hair either. I really was hoping to get more from this conditioner and really was hoping that it would give me great added volume so I could look my best. Don't get this product unless you want to be disappointed. Scent There is no great scent to this it just smells like an average hair product, no nice added scent to it. I would have expected much more from a Bath & Body Works product but I wasn't impressed at all sadly.

I have a scalp condition called seborrhea & allergies to most synthetically made fragrances. When I use this shampoo & conditioner I feel clean & comfortable for several days. The nasty itch is gone and I can't say the same for medicated or other shampoos for this health issue. I think this is a great product & I'd like for the world to know about the great relief that this product gives from the seborrhea symptoms. Thank-you for making a truly wonderful set of products. The body lotion is nice to use as well.

I picked up a sample at a thrift store, a small tube for a quarter. This morning I applied a small amount to my hair and combed it in and my hair stayed in place beautifully. Stayed in place all day. My hair is soft. I love it and want to get some more that's why I'm on this page, I just googled Best Tressed. etc... Funny the last reviewer said she used her Panteen. Panteen does nothing for my hair. I'd say our hair sure is different. Scent I didn't notice any scent

I love this lotion. My husband and i went to branson and stayed at Wyndham resorts for our homeymoon. I tryed the lotion and i love the smell, it's really fresh and clean smelling. i always have trouble with really greasy lotions this was not at all. Perfect! I'm looking for some for home as we speak! And My husband enjoyed it on me too. :)

Wyndham Hotels and Resorts decided to "upgrade" their soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion to products from the True Blue Spa collection made by Bath and Body Works back in 2007. It sounds like a great idea, right? Well, this conditioner is far from great. My family stays at Wyndham Hotels and Resorts very often. It's one of our favorite hotel and resort chains. When we checked into our room at a resort not too long ago, and I noticed the collection of products made by Bath and Body Works, I was impressed and excited to try the products. I usually really like Bath and Body Works products. So our first night in our suite I used the True Blue Spa Best Tressed shampoo and conditioner. I didn't like the shampoo, but at least after washing my hair with it twice, my hair was clean. It was also a mess of tangles. I hoped the conditioner would really condition my hair well because it needed something to help get the knots out of it. Unfortunately, it didn't work well at all. It may have said Bath and Body Works but it wasn't the high quality I have come to expect from Bath and Body Works. It was like a cheap imitation. I used almost half of the 1 ounce bottle of conditioner on my hair. I distributed it evenly and I left it on my hair for at least 3 minutes, if not longer. When I rinsed my hair, I was disappointed and aggravated. I didn't like the fragrance at all.The shampoo had smelled like dish detergent and the conditioner smelled like a vapor rub. I could have dealt with the smell just that once if the conditioner had worked, but it didn't. Maybe, possibly, there were SOME tangles and knots gone from my hair after using it, but not many, at all. I felt as if I had not even used a conditioner, to tell you the truth. It would have taken me forever to brush my tangled mess of hair if I had left it as it was, so I got out of the shower and found the Pantene that I had packed and taken with me. I got back in the shower and  I conditioned my hair with my trusted Pantene. Whew, was that a relief. My hair felt like hair again. I brought the rest of the True Blue Spa shampoo and conditioner home because sometimes one of my sons or husband will forget to tell me their supply is getting low, and they end up running out. So I find them a sample or a bottle of hotel shampoo to use until I can get to the store and buy them a new bottle. I was looking through my basket of my gazillion sample products and saw this conditioner and it's matching shampoo and decided to review it. I always pack my own bath products, including my own shampoo and conditioner. I have long, dry hair and I'm very particular about my hair products. But I suppose there are a lot of people who use the shampoo and conditioner in their hotel rooms or the hotels wouldn't keep putting them in the rooms. Don't let the "Bath and Body Works" brand printed on this conditioner fool you...it's not a good conditioner. Now you know that if you have reservations at a Wyndham hotel or resort, you really need to make sure to pack your own shampoo and conditioner.
