I give this "Bath and body works signature collection shower gel- Carried away" an 8 because the scent does not last long at all :( Not like the other bath and body works shower gels I have tried, this one does not seem to last more than 10-15 minutes on your skin after your shower. You can smell it decently strong in the shower, depending on how much you use. It does have a very nice, fruity smell to it. This fragrance definitely reminds me of spring or summer. I love that they now have more shea and vitamin E in the ingredients, your skin feels much softer after your shower. Other than the scent not lasting long, this is a great product. Effectiveness This shower gel is very effective when it comes to getting your skin clean and soft. I use a loofah with approximately a quarter sized amount of shower gel, it gives me a great lather. My skin smells great (in the shower) and feels very soft and conditioned. Scent The scent smells great, almost fruity. The only thing I didn't like was that it wore off SO FAST. If you want it to last longer you may have to try using more.

I love Bath and Body Works scents. I have had several favorite scents over the year's but the Carried Away is my newest favorite! It smells so fresh and citrusy and fun. I love the way the scent lasts for hours after I shower. I also use the lotion. If you like citrus smells, then you need to try the Carried Away scent. I have always liked more flowery scents, and this is a nice change from the cherry blossom and sweat pea. I always stock up on Bath and Body Works on Black Friday when they have lots of coupons and big sales. Bath and Body Works is more expensive than some other products you can find, but if you wait for things to go on sale they are very affordable. Effectiveness I like all the Bath and Body Works scents. It feels good on my skin without drying it out. Scent This is my new favorite scent! It is fresh and citrusy, with a bit of a flowery smell. It smells fresh and fun. I love this scent best in the Spring and Summer.

Bath and Body Works has had a few dud fragrances over the past couple of years (Sensual Amber, anyone?). However, their new "Carried Away" fragrance really has the potential to join the ranks of customer favorites like Sweet Pea and Midnight Pomegranate, eventually becoming a best seller. While the fragrance is described as posessing key fragrance notes of "lush raspberries, white jasmine and whipped vanilla," it definitely isn't one of the 'food' type fragrances that leaves one feeling sickly after a few minutes of wearing or using it. Somehow, this fragrance, is a light and whispy scent, refreshing and sweet - the perfect combination for a romantic scent for both young and older women alike. Of course, as most Bath and Body Works shower gels, this specific one leaves the body feeling very clean, enveloping one's skin in a very light fragrance which is neither overpowering nor barely noticable.
