Bath and Body Works Dancing Waters mist is my absolute favorite Bath and Body Works scent! I would describe it as refreshing. It is just a fresh scent, not too girly and not too manly! This is my husband's favorite scent on me. Probably because it is just about all I wear. I used to love Bath and Body Works White Tea and Ginger, but it is extremely hard to find in the store. I believe that this is a comparible frangrance and if you like one then more than likely you will like the other. This would also be a great present. I thinks it is safe to say that most people would like this fragrance. It is not a strong smelling, overtaking smell, just light and airy. I do not think that it would be classified as a musk.

I am the type of person that does not wear perfume, it gives my headaches. I also have sensitive skin and I am allergic to just about everything (not skin-related)! But this is a great choice for me. It is not very strong. I love the color of it, although that has no effect on the smell, lol! The scent just makes you feel squeeky clean! I love it.

According to Bath and Body's website: the fragrance top notes are: Cassis, Watermelon, Blood Orange, Iced Italian Lemon, Frozen Spearmint, Freshly Crushed Basil Leaves; mid notes: Water Lily, Peony, Bamboo Leaf, Asian Pear Drops, Lavender Flower Provence, Fresh Green Water Accord; base notes: White Musk, Teak Wood.

I had a coupon at Bath and Body Works for a free travel sized signature scent with any purchase, so I "smelled" all the scents they had stock and decided to try Dancing Waters. Its name and blue color intrigued me, what can I say. Before I even bought the stuff I had sprayed it onto my wrist and accidently got it on my jacket. It took weeks for the smell to come out, but as it faded I found it somewhat pleasant. I should have gone with my initial instinct.

When I sprayed it once on my neck and wrist the day after purchasing it while getting ready for class, I realized the huge mistake I had made. It was so strong and smelled like scented alcohol. It's one of those unisex-type smells, and it can easily be worn by a man. Needless to say, I developed a nauseating headache while sitting in class, and even though I tried rinsing my neck and wrist off, the smell had spread and permeated into my clothes. My headache got worse as that's all I smelled the rest of the day, even as I lay in my bed a few hours later in the dark, trying to sleep off the terrible headache I got. I will not be buying this again.

Soft pleasant fresh musk scent like fresh water

By

from Phoenix, AZ

Comments about Bath & Body Works Signature Collection Fragrance Mist: Dancing Waters:

I perceive this scent as being both green with a hint of light musk, a combination I hadn't had before, and it works nicely. The green comes from what's described as Asian pear, but it doesn't smell like pears to me, but a fresh greenness, which is very pleasant in itself. But what comes through strongest is the soft musk, which lingers most after I spray it on my arms. What makes me like this best, though, is that both of these components linger in harmony. Many other fragrances seem to have one note linger for me. The lingering of both here makes this different and interesting. It smells like clean linens and even fresh water, making the name fit it well. What I enjoy using this fragrance for is to spray my bed linens to freshen them up between washings. I also just like to spray a little on my chest after a bath before going out. This is a fragrance that I would be proud to share with friends because it smells clean and also sophisticated to me.

I really wasn't impressed with the scent of this product. A little too strong for me. Bath and body works has alot of great promotions and sales and I like almost everything I've every purchase from them but was disappointed by this particular product.

This mist is amazing

Comments about Bath & Body Works Signature Collection Fragrance Mist: Dancing Waters:

I received Dancing Waters mist along with the lotion and gel for a birthday gift.  When I opened it up, I sprayed very lightly, and believe me it took me away.  The scent is so clean and refreshing, and once it's sprayed on it stays with you all day.  The evening of my birthday my husband was treating me out to dinner and a movie.  I couldn't wait to get ready, so I could  put the finishing touch on, which was my "Dancing Waters". All evening I felt really fresh.  Dancing Waters reminds me of being at a tropical island, relaxing by the water and listening to the sound of gentle waves.

The next day my sister came over, and mind you she is not one to go out and buy fragrances.  I had to show off my new collection, and when I told her to try it, she was a little hesitant.  I wanted her to spray it on her, but she wouldn't.  So I then sprayed some in the air, and when she smelled it she was sold.

Lite and Delicate describes me and B&B Dancing Waters

By

from San Jose, CA

Comments about Bath & Body Works Signature Collection Fragrance Mist: Dancing Waters:

I have been using Bath and Body Works products for years.  It's one of my favorite stores to find just the right gift or a little something for me.  I recently went to the new shopping mall and saw the Bath and Body Works Store.  I wondered around for awhile and picked up a few gifts for Christmas presents.  When I found the fragrance area, I just had to have a little sniff of a few that caught my eye.  A sales lady came over and said "we have testers on some of our fragrances if you would like to try any".  I was still sniffing different scents and saw the Bath and Body Works Signature Collection Fragrance Mist.  One sniff  of "Dancing Waters" and with the tester mist bottle, I was sold.  This is very lite scent, not overwhelming where you put it on,wait an hour and then go out!  I love the name and since its made by Bath and Body, I knew I was in for a quality product.  The cost and value if well worth the purchase price.  I've had alot of comments on the scent and thats something new for me!

Dancing Waters is a scent i avoid

By

from Williston, VT

Comments about Bath & Body Works Signature Collection Fragrance Mist: Dancing Waters:

My children are used to the Bath&BodyWorks products. We have had Midnight Pomegranate wallflowers, citrus scented hand soap, basily smelling hand sanitizers in cute travel size containers, grapefruit shampoo and conditioner, and coconut lime hand lotion.

On women important in their world they have smelled copious quantities of Coconut Lime Verbana, Dark Kiss, Freesia, Mango Mandarin, Black Amethyst, Warm Vanilla Sugar, and more.

I was stunned the day I first wore Dancing Waters. I got in the car to start my chauffering duties, after returning the freshly sprayed travel size bottle to my purse. My older soon shrieked he would rather walk than smell the "horrific stench" he felt was all around him. Soon there was vociferous, unanimous agreement from all. Noses were plugged all around.

My first stop was to Bath&BodyWorks to do a return. Thanks to their awesome return policy and the emphatic testimony of my offspring regarding the shortcomings of the product, I left the store with a new scent, one agreed upon by group concensus . All's well that ends well. :)

Bath and Body Works Dancing Waters Mist is my Favorite!

By

from Evansville, WI

Comments about Bath & Body Works Signature Collection Fragrance Mist: Dancing Waters:

Bath and Body Works Bath and Body Works Signature Collection Fragrance Mist: Dancing Waters is the very best fragrance that Bath and Body Works has come out with.  It has a light, fresh scent that just takes you away.  It reminds me of the oh so famous Cool Water by Davidorff without the price and with out the strong stench that comes with a perfume.  The Mist leaves just the right amount of scent for a day in or a night out.  It does not overwhelm but it also does not get lost.

The smell makes me feel renewed and relaxed.  The light blue hue of the bottle gives me a calm I did not have before looking at it and spraying the mist.  The airy, rainy smell that is slighty fruity but crisp and clean is amazing.  I get compliments every time I wear it.

This is also one of the only scents wether a mist or a perfume that does not make me sneeze or my children sneeze.  Even my pickiest fans at the church enjoy this fragrance.  I had to go by the sample size for one lady because she just couldn't believe she could like anything from that Bath and Body Works store that always gives her a headache.  I proved her wrong. I hope they never get rid of this product!

This fragrance makes you wanna dance, but not very much.

By

from Stockton, CA

Comments about Bath & Body Works Signature Collection Fragrance Mist: Dancing Waters:

Bath and Body Works Signature Collection Fragrance Mist: Dancing Waters' makes you wanna dance, but not very much.  I say that in a funny way because the scent is just okay.  It's nothing to dance on the roof tops about.  I just couldn't resist saying that cliche's, but that's how I feel.  The fragrance is sweet and airy with a little crisp scent to it.  It also smells like fancy water.  I will say this, I do think the title is quite cute.  Sometimes I can sit back in my chair and think of water dancing when I spray some of this on.  Anyway, the container this mist comes in is cute and the writing on the container is cute as well.  I think the price of this for what you get is a little high, but the price is fair if you can get it on sale.  You do get a generous amount of it.  When you use this mist it will last a long time, unless you really over do it.  What I really like is when you use this stuff on a warm or hot day, it will cool you off in a wonderful way.  If I were to rate this product on a scale of "1-10", I'd have to give it a "5.5".

I love this!

Comments about Bath & Body Works Signature Collection Fragrance Mist: Dancing Waters:

**I highly recommend Bath and Body Works Dancing Waters Signature Collection Fragrance. I love, love, love this product!  It is a pleasant, clean and subtle scent.  It is great for day or night.   I always purchase these mists at Bath and Body Works and this is by far one of my favorite scents...If not my favorite!!  It is light enough to spritz on when you get out of the shower or to spritz on as a perfume.  It stays on nicely throughout the day and washes out during the laundry.  It is not too strong or overbearing.  The only downside to this product is that you do need to spritz on a generous amount to get the full and lasting scent.  Every morning I spritz three or four times and it lasts perfect throughout the work day or weekend.  I do not reapply during the day and the scent lasts until I get home.  If you are stopping by Bath and Body Works you should definitely pick up this product.  It is a winner! **
