Bath and Body Works Instant Aroma therapy stress relief is great! love this!!! I was a little skeptical about the whole aromatherapy thing until I tried this one... and I am hooked! I use this in my den/office for a nice calming effect. Sometimes i will light one of the stress relief candles when I take a bath and it is just wonderful
