A very soothing, penetrating cream that hydrates as it delivers an exotic invigorating fragrance. I recommend this for someone with dry skin who likes exotic citrus fragrances. To me, it stands out as maybe the most unusual fragrance. Many of the complex fragrances with woody plus floral and fruit notes smell nice, but this one is special to me by having the main note to be the rich sweet blood orange. Yet, it doesn´t just smell like a fruit basket. It´s richer than that. It has also a subtle warm note like vanilla or maybe coconut. It balances and is great for me. Effectiveness It soaks in and wrinkly skin on my arms softens and becomes smoother as the skin is hydrated. The surface of my skin feels softer and the creases on my chest where I let myself get too much sun actually are smoother and less deep, and the skin shines without being too oily. Scent This is what I love best about this one. It has a blood orange main note, and it comes out rich and clean, with a green yet sweet citrus fragrance. It´s very nice and it lingers pleasantly and is not overpowering. I imagine myself treating myself to a homemade blood orange pie of the rich custard variety when I put this lotion on after my bath.

Between my job in a hospital - where I have to wash my hands too many times a day - and living through Buffalo's long winters, I need a strong cream that will get my hands through the winter without cracking. This one is the best, hands down. It's not greasy, but absorbs quickly into my skin without leaving a residue that sticks to clothing. This is one of Bath & Body Work's stronger scents, and the orange is balanced with some spicy and flowery notes so it's not too acidic or sharp. The scent lasts about 12 hours. The consistency is also good - it's not too runny, and not so thick that you have to warm it up in your hands before you can use it. I've also tried the shower gel, which is a good way to layer scent.

This is my daughters' favorite, so I purchased it for her as a gift... and bought one for myself as well. The fragrance is so fresh!! ..not 'citrusy' as I had anticipated. As with all of their body creams, it is very moisturzing and soothing. I will definately purchase it again.

Orange Sapphire Bath & Body Works Body Cream is is fortified with a triple moisturie complex of conditioning milk proteins, hydrating rice bran oil and protective acai berry extract,  It provides a 24 hour moisturizer that softens even dry skin.  It is a non-greasy formula and a very light citrus fragrance which is great for summertime.  This body cream will truly make your skin feel very smooth and the fragrance is very light.  Personally I like that combination in the summertime.  I only have to use this lotion once a day.  It truly does last 24 hours.  The fragrance probably last about 6 to 10 hours.  I have received many compliments and have beena sked what I was wearing.  I have the full line of the Orange Sapphire and thoroughly recommend all products.  The foaming had wash is a great addition to your body wash, spray mist and body cream.  It is very nice during the day to take time to wash your hands with the Orange Sapphire hand wash and that way you keep your fragrance on your body even longer.
