Heaven in a bottle

I really never thought that a bottle of stuff could make you feel so relaxed but it really does work wonders! My boyfriend and I are always looking for a way to de-stress after a long hard day at work. So I started to look into way to de-stress on the internet and came across aromatherapy, Which I was a little skeptical about at first because I didn't want to spend money on something that didn't like or didn't work for me. So I went on the search for some aromatherapy bath stuff and came across this little beauty here. I didn't know if it would work for being a foaming bath but I was willing to give it a try for the price, I figured if I didn't like it anyways I could give it to one of my family members or if my Boyfriend liked it he could just use it. So later that night after a very stressful day I drawed myself a bath and poured in the foaming bubble bath and I was hit with the wonderful smell of spearmint and eucalyptus. I immediately loved the smell and I was in love with it. After soaking in the tub for a while I felt really relaxed and decided to get out and head for bed. I fell asleep instantly and was pleasantly surprised at how good I felt.

It does a great job for just what it says. Aromatherapy and relaxation. But spearmint and eucalyptus are great if you have body aches, headaches, and even a little sinus and chest congestion. How I like to use this is in a bath as hot as I can take it, releasing minty eucalyptus vapors that make the whole place smell great. I also have discovered that although it´s not specifically sold as a shampoo, this particular product actually works great on my hair because not only does it clean and make my scalp tingle with the minty eucalyptus, it leaves the hair soft and shiny without the aid of a conditioner. Effectiveness As a soap, quite good. As aromatherapy, very relaxing and calming. I have used this product in a hot bath for years now, applying it as aromatherapy and hydrotherapy for minor aches and pains and just overall to relieve tension. Scent Just the right strength and balance of spearmint and eucalyptus to create a soothing vapor bath. It´s not at all overpowering, and leaves a clean and green scent in the bathroom.

***Quick View:*** I had a basket of different Bath & Body Works Aromatherapy products that I hadn't opened so I decided to break into it and see what goodies were inside. One was this foam bath. I didn't think a minty scent could possibly relax me but this does. I like it quite a bit. ***My Take on Bath & Body Works Aromatherapy Relax Comforting Foam Bath (Eucalyptus & Spearmint)*** My little bottle of this foam bath was only two ounces but it usually comes in a 10 ounce bottle and perhaps a larger one. The product is white and smells...different. I really don't smell mint or eucalyptus by themselves but this must be how the two smell together. I think of Vicks Vapoub when I think of eucalyptus but this doesn't smell at all like that. It certainly isn't bright and happy smelling. It's almost medicinal without going that far. I always think of lavender and even maybe vanilla when I think of relaxing scents but I decided to give **Bath & Body Works Aromatherapy Relax Comforting Foam Bath** a try. The product does foam but I rarely get many bubbles and they usually are short lived, not just with BBW products but with all foaming bath products. Maybe my water is screwy. So I did get some foam but not mounds of bubbles. The scent when combined with the warm water was, indeed, relaxing, I just wanted to lie back and inhale. I felt comforted and calm during my bath and I needed it. I am very stressed lately and even long, hot bubble baths aren't working to help that stress and they always did before. **Bath & Body Works Aromatherapy Relax Comforting Foam Bath** did ease my tension and stress and I was able to relax for a bit. When I rinsed off, I had no residue on my skin and there was no oily residue in the tub. However, my skin also wasn't hydrated. It was the same as before I used the product but that's OK with me. I slather on creams and body butters after a shower no matter what. This product worked as promised. It relaxed me and soothed my tension, if only for the time I was in the bath. I was pleasantly sleepy when I was done, wanting to crawl under the covers in bed and capture that calmness I obtained in the bathtub. ***My Viewpoint*** I really like B**ath & Body Works Aromatherapy Relax Comforting Foam Bath (Eucalyptus & Spearmint) **and I don't know if BBW sells it now or not. I have seen it online at other outlets but not on the actual Bath & Body Works site. That would stink. I am sure they came out with something similar but they shouldn't mess with something that works so well! ***4 stars.*** Effectiveness The scent and light foam helped me to relax and enjoy my bath. My skin felt fine after, not dried out at all. Scent A strong mint scent that takes a bit of getting used to but really does help calm the sense.

B & B Eucalyptus Spearmint Foam Bath

I have used the bath and body works eucalyptus spearmint scented body lotion, soap, stress reliver stick and foam bath for a while and I really do love them. I have had issues with some of bath and body works musky and musty scents before. Scents like the Japanese Cherry Blossom, Amber what-cha-ma-call-it and even their Warm Vanilla Sugar have all made me congested and stuffy before. I have some minor allergy issues, so it shouldn't be a big surprise that I have had to stop using some of their lotions alltogether, due to stuffiness. I believe it is just the fragrances, but I have also had issues with the lotions burning any open cuts or sores on my skin. I have never had that problem with their Eucalptyus Spearmint or White Citrus scents, though. But, I digress.. I have sometimes has issues with other foaming bath gels before due to sensetivity, but I really have not had any issues with the Eucalyptus Spearmint. I enjoy the scent and find it refreshing and relaxing. I would recommend the eucalyptus spearmint foaming bath to anyone who likes the scent.
