Calms & relaxes me so that I can fall asleep quickly & rest well
I'm a very anxious, high strung person. I get wound up about even small, insignificant things, and I am frequently unable to 'turn off my mind'. That's the way I'm wired. It is what it is and I have accepted it, but it is quite frustrating at times, and I very often find it extremely difficult to fall asleep. I used to use a very expensive aromatherapy lavender and vanilla fragranced pillow mist to help relax me and help me to fall asleep . I didn't like spending a ton of money for it, but it worked well so I was willing to pay whatever I had to for it. Then I read a review of a similar product by Bath & Body Works, written by [PattyTherre][1] who is an excellent writer, a friend and a fellow Viewpoints member. I trust her opinion, so I decided to give Bath & Body Works' "Sleep" line a try. I am very glad Patty wrote that review, and I'm so glad I read it. Because of her review, I discovered that Bath & Body Works' line of aromatherapy products work just as well as the more expensive brands, at half the price! I now buy and use this line of Sleep products by Bath & Body Works regularly instead of the brand I used to shell out big bucks for. One of my favorite products in **Bath & Body Works **Aromatherapy "Sleep" line is their **Aromatherapy Lavender Chamomile Sleep Pillow Mist**. I spray a little of the wonderfully fragranced mist on my pillow when I am ready to go to sleep, let it dry, and it does it's magic. I can literally feel my body and mind relaxing as I breath in the soothing scents of lavender and chamomile, and soon I am fast asleep. It helps more than I would have believed if I had not experienced it for myself. If you have problems relaxing so that you can fall asleep, I very highly recommend that you give this product a try. One small spritz will work wonders and allow you to get the sleep your body needs so that you can awake feeling alive, well rested, and ready to go instead of groggy, sleepy, and tired. It may sound crazy, but it really does work and it deserves all 5 stars. [1]: http://www.viewpoints.com/aboutme/PattyTherre
