A serious book-lover, married to an avid reader, we buy a lot of books in my house. I always check the big sites (Barnes & Noble, Amazon, and occasionally a few others) and purchase our books wherever they are cheapest overall, including shipping, etc. I wait to purchase in a group of $25 or more so I get free shipping. I've been a B&N Member for a few years now. It costs about $30 for a year, and the discounts easily pay for themselves.
