I love Barnes 7 Noble-in store and online

avid reader, not rich, expecting good, fair service, into finding great deals online, appreciative of good customer service, a comparison shopper

Barnes and Noble is the best. I had a problem entering a coupon online and after a lttle trouble, was able to get a supervisor who fixed it. They have anything you want.

Although I've used other online book stores, I always use B & N as my favorite. They have a great return policy too.

The stores are nice to go to. If I can I like to go there to shop, but for convenience I use online. Try this store for college textbooks too. They can be cheaper than discount dealers, especially with free shipping.
