My daughter received duplicate books for her birthday and Christmas and when we went o return them B&N was very gracious about giving her an in store credit.  We always shop there whether on-line or in store.  The employees and the customer service for on-line orders are always helpful.  If there is ever a problem with an order, they straighten it out right away!

 DEFINETLY RECOMMEND!!!
