If your looking for a make up that doesn't make you look over done.  Well, here it is .. When I first saw the commercials and ads I thought to myself this is one of those silly ad's to make some money and these ladies are making it look so easy to look so good and this product was made to look so easy to cover up scares!!  It looked easy and real on T.V.

Anyway, I had gone to a wedding and my sister-in-law was wearing Bare Escentuals Mineral makeup.  I couldn't believe that she looked so wonderful and she didn't look like she had make up on.  I can't explain it.  That was all I needed and...

I tend to get dry skin on my face and this product is not for those with any type of dry skin. It works by buffing it into your face with a powder brush. By the end of the makeup application process my skin was flaky and I had to wash it all off.  I ended up using the powder for touch ups.  I did like the brushed though.

I have honestly gotten about 7 people to start using Bare Escentuals becuase I love it so much.  I was never an every day makeup wearer even though I wanted to cover up my not great skin.  I would wear it on special occasions and that was it. I felt like I didn't know how to put makeup on correctly and liquid foundation seemed to take too much time to get it to look right.  Even with a lot of time I never loved how makeup looked on me. I have acne prone skin and a lot of redness and had a hard time covering it up.

Bare Escentuals Starter Kit was so easy to use, and I have had no problems with though I use it alomost every day. My husband joked that I put on more make-up in the month of January alone than I had in the entire year of 2008. That is how fabulous this make-up line is. I bought the Bare Escentuals starter kit at Ulta as soon as they were available. I wear a ton of makeup, and can easily spend 40 minutes applying all the makeup I use (I know, I know). I was excited at the prospect of streamlining my regimen. When I tried the product, I noticed that it made me itch uncontrollably. I later found out that was an allergic reaction to the bismuth oxide in the product. Go figure. I'm very blotchy and have an uneven skin tone.  I've been thinking about trying the BE for a while, but kept putting it off.  One day, I took the plunge and I WILL NEVER GO BACK!  I look absolutely flawless!

I love Bare Escentuals, I have been using it for about 3 years now. Although it is a little pricey I try to keep this all the time.
