Great but expensive brush. You can get it cheaper. Read on.

I don't use Bare Esentuals cosmetics but I love Kabuki brushes. They are great for applying face powder, bronzer, and even powdered blush. I even use one for dusting my LUSH Silky Underwear Powder on my body. — I own the Bare Escentuals Full Coverage Kabuki Brush and like it. Is is very wide and the bristles are multilevel to pick up lots of powder. The bottom is not like regular makeup brushes. It is just a round metal cap. The Verdict - Works better for me than using the original Bare Escentuals foundation brush and deposits just the right amount of makeup. — The Facts - I first started using Bare Escentuals mineral make-up several years ago. i love this brush. although after daily use for a year, i needed to replace it. the only benefit is for extra money you can get the kit and have all the goodies. the kit really is a great deal. so far after about 8 months i haven't had any problems with the new brush. it's really a great brush for the price. you can't beat it. the really cheap ones aren't as good. trust me i tried to replace them, but no such luck. i highly recommend all their brushes and their makeup. even their eyeshadows are… read full review »

I use this brush daily. It provides great coverage and hides most of my imperfections. Washes nicely and does not loose hair much. Metal part does get dinged from the tapping. I use it only for applying the foundation although I have heard of people using it for the mineral veil. I think it would be too shimmery for my taste to use it for the veil. This brush makes putting on my make up fast and easy. IT even "holds on" to some of the minerals for quick touch ups during the day without opening the jar again. This is an amazing brush.I recommend it to everyone, it covers up my blemishes without looking caked on. The only reason why I didn't give it five stars is because you really need to keep this brush clean. If you don't clean it (at least once a week) the coverage it gives becomes a bit cakey feeling.
