If I can find a product that serves multiple purposes and does what it says, I'm sold.  When I bought the Bare Escentuals starter kit that included Bare Minerals Warmth All-Over Face Color, I fell in love.  Here's why...

Bare Minerals Warmth All-Over Face Color is included in the starter kit of mineral foundation or it can be purchased individually.  The goal is to give your skin "natural luminosity that is similar to the dewiness of a child's skin," according to the description on Sephora.com.  The Bare Minerals line is sulfate, synthetic dye, paraben, synthetic fragrance, petrochemical, and phthalate-free.  The face color comes in various shades: Warmth is a soft nude rose.  It looks like deep bronze in the jar, but once applied does not show up nearly as dark as it looks when in loose form.  0.1 oz is listed at $20 with Sephora.

My take:  A little goes a VERY long way with Bare Minerals Warmth All-Over Face Color.  I only sprinkle a few tiny dots of the powder into the cap, swirl my brush into it, and sweep a 3-shape onto each side of my face, where the sun naturally hits, to give a light glow.  Since I have a round face, I prefer to draw the color up along my temples, across my forehead and cheeks, and down along my jaw, not just on the apples of my cheeks, which makes me look even rounder!

The price for Bare Minerals Warmth All-Over Face Color is very reasonable.  I have used Bare Escentuals for over 8 months, and I still can hardly tell that I have used any of the face color!   I should get several years' worth of use from the same little 0.1 oz jar...I figure that'll cost me about $5 a year, which is stil less than I've spent on cheaper drugstore blushes for a much better quality product.  Because you sprinkle the powder into the cap, there's no contamination of the remaining product by bacteria from the brush.  So while other products you use may need tossed because of germs, this one is safe to continue using as long as you have any left.

My mom has rosacea, and we applied just a little bit on her skin to see how it would look and whether or not she would have a negative reaction to the powder.  She worried that it would make her look even redder, but after wearing it for several hours, she had no redness or swelling, and her skin tone looked more even than when she avoids using blush at all.  So even those of us with sensitive skin or rosacea can use this with great results!

My only complaint about the product is the design...when I travel, the powder spills into the top of the jar through the holes, leaving a potential mess if I'm not careful when I open the cap.   However, if I'm cautious, I'm usually able to avoid a colorful disaster on the sink counter.  This does not really cause me a problem, so I'm still comfortable giving Bare Minerals Warmth All-Over Face Color five stars, despite the spillage issue.

Even if I switched foundations, I would stick with Bare Minerals Warmth All-Over Face Color for my face color.  The natural ingredients and lack of synthetic and harmful ingredients, as well as the high-quality pigments that last all day make this the perfect product to give your skin life!

You can also blend different shades of eye shadow easily. I suppose it is one of the reasons that I love it so much! It's very versatile!

Oh, I wouldn't have thought of that...good idea. That's what I love about these mineral powders - they're really versatile, so even thought the initial investment is pricy, they really pay for themselves!

I love this stuff! I've mixed it with a too light foundation (minerals) and it darkens it up with a bit of color.
