Great product for even sensitive skin

don't wear much makeup, not brand loyal, into trying new things, willing to pay for quality, very happy with this product, a lover of natural products, cursed with very sensitive skin, very skin conscious

If youre looking for a product that isnt heavy or pore clogging then this is it. I would definately recommend this to anyone. It even has SPF15 in the foundation powder. My skin is super sensitive and breaks out from most products. (even the ones marked sensitive skin). I have yet to have a breakout. It makes my skin glow. I love Bare Minerals. I have had people ask what I use on my face for makeup because it looks so natural. At first it was hard to get used to just a powder. But then after about a year of using it I tried a liquid foundation and had to wash it right off. It felt so heavy. I've tried the Arbonne Mineral founation too, but like Bare Minerals better. First of all just want you say i do not buy anything full price. When i first saw the commercial for this product i was like whatever. I never have bought anything that was an info commercial. Then in Oct of 06 i was in my cousins wedding and two of the other bridesmaids had bags and i mean bags of this makeup. So of course being the penny pincher i am , i asked to use it and they were more then willing to let me. Along with telling about every eye shadow, lip, face etc that they had. I was in the mall one day and decided to walk in and try this new line of make up. I told the lady that I have very sensitive skin, so much so that I can't wear make up. Well she assured me that it will be safe on for my skin. I tried on the make up and blush. I was pleased that I did not get any skin reactions, took her card and make up info and walked out of the store. Not too shabby....

It took me a long time to get the hang of this make-up. I've invested in it 3 times and 2 out of those 3 times, I've given the product away or trashed it. It just wasn't working for me. It seemed to settle into my dry lines and emphasize them - not good! I finally started using a daily moisturizer on my face and decided to give it another "tap & spin". Well, now I love it! I love Bare Essentuals!!! I started using it ages ago, I hated to tell people I bought it off of TV but I am so glad I got sucked into that infomercial. I am 36 and have been using it since I was 30. I Love how this makeup makes my skin look and feeel. It is so light just the thought of ever using 'liquid' makeup again grosses me out. My skin/complection actually improved after I started using it. My skin looks healthier now then I did in my teens and twenties. I have tried just about every foundation on the market and they all cause me to break out. I was excited to try this product, due to the claims they make about it being so gentle you can sleep in it. Well, I do like it much better than other makeups, but it still causes me to break out. It goes on light and never looks caked on or heavy. It also wears better than liquid foundations and doesn't rub off as easily. I saw the add for BareEscentuals foundation and I thought the women looked flawless after putting on the powder foundation. I was under the impression that it would save time by not having to use a cream base, and I would still get that air-brushed, natural, glowing look that the women on the commercial had.
