I had seen the Bare Minerals infomercials on t.v. but have always been skeptical about buying before trying. I traveled to Denver, CO in 2005 and found, by accident, a Bare Minerals store! It was great, you could touch, feel and see all of the products. I walked out with everything I needed to get started and have never looked back. The product is different from liquid foundation and might take you one or two trys to get it down, but once you do, you will love it. It feels like you are wearing nothing at all.
The starter kit is great because it includes everything you need to get going, including the brushes. The right brushes make all the difference when applying. I also have to include my opinion on the Mineral Veil, which is the finishing layer after your foundation and blush. It softens everything and blends it together.
I will never go back to regular foundation again!
