My wife went to the emerency department with chest pains and a migrane.  She was quickly fast tracked due to having chest pains.  She went in the back only to wait 3 hours to see a doctor.  The doctor performed an EKG, and some other tests only to wait another 4 hours to tell my wife the results.  If this is the fast track, I would hate to be on the slow track.  I finally had to track down the nurse who only saw my wife 3 times in that 7 hours to find out what was going on and she finally called the doctor to get him to come down.  The doctor finally said it was… read full review »

My son and his wife had my granddaughter there. I stayed in the room the entire time because her mom could not be there. The staff was very patient and supportive which really helped these first time parents. They had gone to an OB/GYN that also had midwives on staff and thought they would be delivering at Memorial Hospital however the midwife was already on her way to this hospital so they were sent there by the Doctor's office. I had outpatient, carpel tunnel surgery done there and it was great.  I didn't like the fact that the anetesiologist didn't speak English good, and further when his office messed up my bill - but otherwise it was a great experienc.  The other negative comment is that the same anetesiologist gave me too much drugs and I was out like a light for way too long. — Had the same surgery at NAS Jax and for comfort Baptist was great, but for competance NAS Jax has them beat. —… read full review »
