Bank of America —

Now B of A debits check card purchases that are pending from you available balance. I noticed 6 separate pending charges over a period of 3 days totalling $3000 made at a department store in a state half way across the country. I called them every day for three days, first day after the first 2 charges, the second day there was 4 and finally on the third day there was 6. I pointed out each time that this was obvious fraudulent activity on my account but they refused to put me over to the fraud dept. until the third day. I had a large mortgage check I had written and it could have easily bounced since these fools wouldn't reverse the charges.

amen spider woman they graze accounts looking for any way to charge fees the hit me for an inactivity fee twice I brought it to my bankers attention that the account was not inactive she agreed but would only return one charge, she said it wouldn't happen again, so guess what happened the very next week. I raised hell they gave me my money back I closed the account.
