  I joined Bank of America about 6 months ago and they have not let me down yet.  They are extremly friendly when you go to a local branch and always very helpful..  They have many branch locations in which I have never been disappointed in the service their.  I pay all my bills online and have never had any problems with the transactions.  I am enrolled in their keep the change program and I find that its a wonderful way to save.  Any banking need I have Bank of America has an ansewer for.
