Bank of America  — 

My husband and I are desperate to get out of Bank of America but continue to be frustrated by Bank of America's incompetent customer service that first wouldn't help us resolve a problem, and now won't help us close our accounts to get away from the problem. They have three times in one year charged us for fees incorrectly. Yes, the fees were eventually removed, but only after multiple phone conversations. We've tried going to the branch in-person, where at least the people are nicer, but the ridiculous system BOA has set up doesn't let live in-person bankers conduct some transactions! Back to the phone, back to waiting, back to losing interest while they delay refunding a fee. Furthermore, when we tried to end our ACH (automatic debit) withdrawals now that we're leaving the bank, BOA has again screwed up and has continued to debit our account even when our condo association has told them not to keep sending checks and tried to refuse the money.

I won't go on with the details, but I can assure you I've never been so horrified by such uniform incompetence in an organization.

I feel your pain, They must go through a hell of a lot of traing on how to piss off people. They probably have a "SHIT LIST" for people trying to exercise their legal rights, and complaints.
