    Too big to care, Poor customer service, holds all small charges for more fees, lacks good research tools

Bank of America  — 

Worst customer service ever!!! None is able to help you....they keep transfering you back and forth because nobody wants to help you...

They mailed by new card to my old address even though I had done my address change..They told me I had to make an address change for my new cards as well. You would think changing you address once is enough for the entire company...Guess not!!!

 Trying to pay off my credit card so I can close everything with them!!!!
