Abusive Bank Fees charged by Bank of America

    holds all small charges for more fees

Bank of America will hold all smaller charges and checks for up to a month, hoping to put a large one through. For the average consumer, this will result in more NSF fees to be charged on their account, instead of the possibly one fee that would be charged if things were taken in their proper order.
