Incompetent, sometimes long lines, Extreme lack of professionalism, Poor customer service, Too big to care, holds all small charges for more fees

Bank of America —
I live in Mammoth Lakes, CA and handle the majority of transactions for the company that I work for in this bank. The staff is not only unfriendly, but they verbally abuse and humliate their staff in front of the customers. Someone needs to inform the management at this branch that they work in a bank not in the back kitchen at McDonalds. Their level of professionalism is embarassing, and I will do everything in my power to make sure that everyone is well aware of this before opening accounts their. They are an embarassment to the corporation that they work for. I wish that I could give them zero stars.
