market junkie, married, expecting good, fair service, Every day computer user, a busy person
Pros

    they are an established institution

Cons
    Too big to care, Expensive, lacks good research tools, Poor customer service, slow trades

They get the gold mine, you get the shaft.  There are so many good on line brokers, no one should use B of A.  Dealt with the for over two years before finally finding lower prices and better service and tools at Sharebuilder. 

If you want to actually make money in the market, find a better broker.
