Most HelpfulThe cash and gift certificate rewards came very quickly both times I redeemed points, but the credit card customer service is abysmal, as is their online payment interface. I accidentally typed a comma instead of a period in making a $129.51 payment, and they tried to take $12,159.00 from my checking account. review »I decided to close my BOA accounts because the service provided by their employees and collecting agents is really bad. The worst that I had ever experienced. I was to pay off my credit card balance and they switched me to the supervisor for cnfirmation. The manager/supervisor (Shaun or Sawun) was rude on asking my account reouting and checking numbers. The background noise is really loud on his side. His attitude is bad and I can say he was shouting.

World points provides an easy to use online banking system with direct access to your reward points. They have good redemption prizes that are easy to collect. My only complaint is I have it set up to alert you to certain things, such as when you are over your limit, or about to hit your limit, and it didn't alert me.
Bank of America is not a good bank to do business with. From their WorldPoints Platinum Plus Mastercard to their checking and savings accounts. They pull you in with their 0% offers, but once you are in the good customer service stops there. When you email their customer service or do an online chat; they respond with prewritten responses so 9 times out of 10 it doesn't completely answer your question.

I have had amazing customer service with Bank of America. I've never been charged for something that I haven't been informed about and whenever I want to inquire about something, I just use the livechat function after I log in to my account.
The rewards and points are easily attainable unlike some other programs. I am first year out of college, have used this card for about a year and a half now and have already claimed around $500 cashback. I shop online a lot and most sites I go to give me bonus points on my purchases - including Saks, Ralph Lauren, Bloomingdales, orbitz.....

I have been paying them consistently twice a month but they say I have been "late" which makes absolutely no sense. Apparently it is because I am not paying the minimum balance in full by the date due.
When I tried to get into the payment plan program, I did not qualify.
Unbelievable...Heartless...Uncaring....Just plain rude...
