Bank Of America is not watching the news and not payiny attention to the consumer's needs. They are quick to give you the card & a high spending limit but, they don't like to resolve a dispute that a customer submits. Since there is an epidemic of FRAUD happening, Bank Of America has been a company that doesn't deal with the problem to solve it but continues to make the customer suffer thru the process of correcting the FRAUD. I myslef am in a dispute right now with the Bank over the fact that I left my card along with my driver's license at a restaurant after apying my bill. The card must have been found and then used to the MAX. Bank Of America notified me by email, two days later that my card had"IRREGULAR CREDIT CARD ACTIVITY". I immediately called and spoke to the Fraud Rep that closed my account out and stated,"you won't be responsible for any fraud charges". Well, I have also filed formal complaints with the Federal Trade Commsssion and the Comptroller of Currency to try to secure copies of the fruad transactions so I can prove that my signature was forged. This dispue started on June 9, 2008 and as of November 25th , the case remains unresolved.
