Bad Customer Service & Cruel to Animals

I have had very bad luck with Bank of America's customer service for their credit card and their checking account. I closed the checking account because they never sent me my welcome packet and checks. When I called them about it, they didn't seem to care. They also refused to cancel my account the first time I asked. With their credit card, I had to file a Better Business Bureau complaint on at least 3 separate occassions to get them to perform simple customer service tasks.

Lastly, Bank of America sponsors cruel rodeos where animals are harmed and often killed. In one rodeo event, calf roping, for example, calves are violently roped and jerked to the ground by their necks as they run up to 27 mph.

There are better, more socially conscience companies to get a card through.

I decided to close my BOA accounts because the service provided by their employees and collecting agents is really bad. The worst that I had ever experienced. I was to pay off my credit card balance and they switched me to the supervisor for cnfirmation. The manager/supervisor (Shaun or Sawun) was rude on asking my account routing and checking numbers. The background noise is really loud on his side. His attitude is bad and I can say he was shouting.
This is not the service that I expect since I do my own small business under BOA services. We never experience this kind of service before. Really, really bad !!!
