Bank of America - Visa Review

Bank of America credit card program is not customer friendly. If you are in financial difficutly they will not help you.  They would rather sue you in court than work with you to set up a payment plan. 

I sent a formal business letter to Bank of America saying that I was having financial difficulty in meeting my monthly payments.  I asked that instead of trying to call me on my phone that they correspond with me via mail. 

The second part of the letter proposed a payment plan that I could financially meat that would eventually enable me to pay off all of my debt.

I got a reply stating that they would cease calling me.  But that if I didn't make the full required monthly payment they would turn me over to a collection agency.

No comments about my proposed plan.  They didn't care about me as an individual.  They just wanted their money.
